Instruments in the Redeemers Hands
By Paul Tripp and Tim Lane
Purpose: As “people in need of change helping people in need of change,” the aim of this course is to discover and apply how Jesus Christ changes us by His grace in the context of the local church. This course is not a quick fix nor is it a multi-step program. Rather, it exposes Biblical tools you already have in Jesus by the Spirit to change and help others change more and more in Christlikeness. While not a necessary prerequisite, this course builds on Disc. 101 “How People Change.”
Format: Classes run 75 minutes (6:15–7:30pm) beginning with prayer, introductory comments, the session video (ranging 15–45 min), response time, and closing prayer. This seminar is built around the video curriculum, “Instruments in the Redeemers Hands,” which itself, is based on the book by the same title. As with anything in life, Lord willing, the more you prayerfully put into it, the more you will get out of it. This seminar is designed for one to go as deep as desired.
